About Tereza

Teri is a passionate mother of three wonderful children — and two little angels in heaven. Her journey into pregnancy yoga and natural birth preparation began during her first pregnancy in 2014, and since then she has supported over 5,000 women through yoga, relaxation, and conscious birth education.

For more than 10 years, she has dedicated her work to pregnancy, birth, postpartum healing, conception, natural cycles, baby loss support and women’s therapy. She is also a student doula, a women circle facilitator, continually deepening her ability to support women emotionally and physically during labour.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not very experienced in yoga. Is this toolkit still for me?

Absolutely. The movements are simple, gentle and deeply intuitive — suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yoginis. Everything is explained clearly and slowly, with lots of modifications. What matters is your presence, not perfection.

I'm already in my third trimester. Is it too late to start?

Not at all. The practices in this course are designed to support you at any stage of pregnancy. Many women find the final weeks before birth the most transformative — and this is the perfect time to deepen your connection with your baby and body.

How long do I have access to the toolkit?

You’ll have lifetime access to the toolkit — so you can come back to them whenever you need. You can also use them again in future pregnancies, or simply as a way to connect with your feminine body and intuition.

Is this course only for women planning a home birth?

Not at all. While many of the tools are especially helpful for physiological (natural) birth, this course is for every woman who wants to feel more empowered, calm, and connected — no matter where or how she births.

When can I start the toolkit? Can I begin in the first trimester?

Yes! You can start anytime during pregnancy. The earlier you begin, the more time you’ll have to integrate the tools — but it’s never too early or too late to connect with your body and baby. Just listen to how you feel and start gently.
