I know how this feels.

I know both, the violence and the bliss

My first baby, my daughter Isi,  was born prematurely, and it was incredibly hard to stay calm and give birth as naturally as possible. There were three midwives, an obstetrician, and a pediatrician in the room — all urging me to speed things up. I felt overwhelmed and under pressure. Even this was a very difficult birth, I have thought the best from it. 

When I was pregnant with my second child, son Gabriel, I knew all that previous stress. Learning to release it and trust my body again wasn’t easy. But deep down, I knew — we could do this. My body and my baby, we knew how to give birth. Even when the obstetrician suggested an episiotomy at the very end — and I was so tired — I remembered my values and my power. I listened to my body’s inner wisdom. And he was born naturally, gently — without a single tear.

Then came my third birth — and with it, a deep sense of peace. This time, I gave birth at home, surrounded by calm and warmth. Our baby Sami was born into water, in soft candlelight, with music playing and my partner by my side. (24th of December as a lovely gift:) It was powerful, sacred, and truly ours. It showed me what birth can be when we feel safe, connected, and trusted. Empowering for a whole life fo me, my baby and my whole family. Infinite experience of bliss. 

Whatever your story is, I want you to know:
You can do this too.
Your body knows. And you are not alone.

Real Fears, Real Questions — and Empowering Answers

Is a natural birth really possible for me?
What if I end up giving birth in a way I don’t feel good about, just because I didn’t know what else to do under pressure?

Whatever choice you make about how to give birth — it is your right. It is your body, your baby, and your decision.
Please know, I am not judging any way of giving birth. Every story is UNIQUE. And that uniqueness is sacred.

But, may I gently ask:

What is your deepest wish for your birth experience?

Do you think doubt can lead to a peaceful and empowered birth?

I want you to know that you can choose your own story. No one else.

The media may show something different, but a natural birth without interventions is a normal way to give birth.

Yes, birth can be unpredictable. And we’ll talk about that.

But first, let’s stay with this idea:

The more we abandon our dreams, our values, and our inner voice, the more DISCONNECTED we become from ourselves.
We start to lose energy, we lose trust in our own body — and in our baby.

But birth that’s based in respect, in empowerment — where your body opens gently, peacefully, in its own rhythm — This is how women have always given birth.

I know this may sound radical.
And yes, birth can surprise us. But we now understand what factors can negatively influence us — and what can trigger a cascade of unnecessary interventions.

Teri is a passionate mother of three wonderful children — and two little angels in heaven. Her journey into pregnancy yoga and natural birth preparation began during her first pregnancy in 2014, and since then she has supported over 5,000 women through yoga, relaxation, and conscious birth education.

For more than 10 years, she has dedicated her work to pregnancy, birth, postpartum healing, conception, natural cycles, baby loss support and women’s therapy. I'm not very experienced in yoga. Is this course still for me?

Absolutely. The movements are simple, gentle and deeply intuitive — suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yoginis. Everything is explained clearly and slowly, with lots of modifications. What matters is your presence, not perfection.

I'm already in my third trimester. Is it too late to start?

Not at all. The practices in this course are designed to support you at any stage of pregnancy. Many women find the final weeks before birth the most transformative — and this is the perfect time to deepen your connection with your baby and body.

What if I’m planning a hospital birth or an epidural?
